An estimate does not guarantee that hidden conditions will not require additional labor, materials, repairs, or changes to the project. Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, identifying known site restrictions, communicating relevant property concerns, and obtaining any permissions or approvals that are their responsibility. Responsibility for permits, utility locating, and other project requirements will depend on applicable law and the agreed project scope.

Specific project obligations, warranties, payment terms, schedules, and scope of work may be governed by a separate written estimate, proposal, contract, or service agreement.
